Data Enumerator for Youth Business Incubator Tracer Study

About the role
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking three short‑term enumerators to conduct a tracer study of the Youth Business Incubator (YBI) programme in Rwanda. The assignment will last five days and involves gathering quantitative and qualitative data from beneficiaries of the 2024‑2025 cohorts.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct structured face‑to‑face interviews using IOM’s standardized questionnaire.
- Record responses accurately and ensure completeness of each interview.
- Maintain confidentiality of all participant information in line with IOM data protection standards.
- Submit daily data collection reports to the project team.
Required profile
- Residency in Rwanda or ability to travel to interview locations.
- Strong communication skills in English (and local language(s) as needed).
- Attention to detail and ability to follow standardized data collection protocols.
