Data Audit Supervisor – Rwanda

About the role

One Acre Fund is seeking a Rwanda Data Audit Supervisor to ensure data accuracy and integrity across Phase 3 research activities. You will support reporting and provide trusted insights that drive informed organizational decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field data audits, data reconciliation, and quality control checks to promptly identify and resolve errors.
• Clean, manage, and structure field datasets using intermediate Excel functions and formulas.
• Document and present qualitative and quantitative field findings in English and Kinyarwanda for Trial Owners and Data Teams.
• Collaborate with field teams to coach on QA standards and optimise survey execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Statistics, IT, Agriculture or related field.
• Proven experience in data verification, quality management, field auditing, and error identification.
• Strong stakeholder coordination skills to liaise between field teams, Trial Owners, and the Data Team.
• Ability to document and report field observations accurately in both English and Kinyarwanda.

Required skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data cleaning formulas, basic calculations).
