CX Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a CX Engineer who will help clients connect their systems to digital platforms such as IVR, National ID services and e‑government solutions. The role bridges business needs and technical implementation, ensuring secure and seamless integrations without requiring deep coding expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Gather client requirements for integrating with IVR platforms, National ID services and e‑government APIs.
• Explain integration possibilities, constraints and data formats to clients.
• Design integration plans and automation workflows in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and engineering for integration‑related queries.
• Guide clients through onboarding, configuration and testing to ensure reliable connections.
• Document requirements, integration steps and workflows for internal and client reference.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and coordinate resolution with engineering.

Required profile

• Experience in client‑facing roles involving system integrations, IVR or e‑government services.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Strong problem‑solving, coordination and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.

Required skills

• REST APIs and web services.
• API authentication methods (API keys, OAuth, tokens).
• Data formats such as JSON.
• Tools for testing APIs (e.g., Postman).
• Knowledge of IVR systems or telecom platforms.
• Familiarity with conversational/chatbot platforms and government identity verification services.
• Understanding of security protocols and data‑privacy best practices.
