Odoo Developer & Systems Administrator FT

About the role

Fortico is seeking an Odoo Developer & Systems Administrator to take technical ownership of its ERP system as it expands across a group of companies in real estate, manufacturing, and hospitality. You will work closely with the founding team and each business unit to design, configure, and build Odoo solutions that support core operations.

Key responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of the Odoo environment across multiple entities.
• Collaborate with the implementation partner during rollout and transition ownership in‑house.
• Map existing business processes with each unit and design corresponding Odoo configurations.
• Develop and customise Odoo modules where standard functionality is insufficient.
• Handle day‑to‑day system administration: user roles, access rights, data integrity, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Train colleagues across the group and ensure proper system usage.
• Document configurations and processes to maintain system scalability.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Odoo, covering both configuration and development.
• Strong understanding of complex operational processes, especially manufacturing, inventory, procurement, and multi‑company accounting.
• A degree in IT, computer science, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate closely with senior leadership.
