Customer Experience (CX) Intern

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience (CX) Intern to join our team in Kigali. This internship provides hands‑on experience in CX research, strategy, and execution, allowing you to contribute to real projects that drive innovation in customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct CX research to identify trends, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in ongoing CX projects, including events and other initiatives.
• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting customer feedback and data.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop customer‑centric solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations on CX insights and recommendations for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in customer experience, research, and customer satisfaction strategies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail‑oriented with a problem‑solving mindset.
