Business Development & Partnerships Liaison – Kigali

About the role

The Business Development & Partnerships Liaison will drive B2B collaborations with hotels, hospitality businesses and educational institutions in Rwanda. Working within an ISO‑9001:2015 certified environment, the role focuses on creating training, consulting and internship opportunities that support both the college’s mission and industry needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and convert leads from hotels and hospitality firms into training and consulting contracts.
• Conduct needs assessments with HR and operations leaders and translate findings into clear proposals.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from proposal to delivery and follow‑up.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of student candidates through high‑school outreach and recruitment activities.
• Secure quality internship and attachment placements for students within the local hospitality sector.
• Provide regular reporting, market intelligence and coordinate regional activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in building B2B partnerships, preferably within hospitality, training or consulting.
• Strong ability to assess client needs and craft tailored service proposals.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Familiarity with the Rwandan hospitality market and educational landscape.
