Alumni Relationship Fellow – Kigali (Remote)

About the role

ALX Africa is seeking an Alumni Relationship Fellow to strengthen connections with its graduate community. The role is fully remote and focuses on understanding alumni career goals, mapping their skills, and fostering ongoing engagement with the ALX network.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with alumni, learning about their professional aspirations and interests.
• Collect, organize, and maintain alumni data to generate insights and support targeted engagement.
• Proactively reach out to alumni to share opportunities, encourage participation, and reinforce their connection to the community.
• Identify gaps in alumni skill profiles and collaborate with internal teams to address them.
• Support the planning and execution of alumni events and networking initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building trust with diverse alumni.
• Business acumen and understanding of career development pathways.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
