Direct Sales Agent (Commission-Based)

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join BagginsHQ as Direct Sales Agents. As an independent contractor you will promote our digital services to businesses and individuals across Rwanda, working on your own schedule and earning commissions on every successful sale.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients – businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals – who could benefit from our digital services.
• Register clients on the BagginsHQ platform using your dedicated agent portal.
• Match clients with appropriate services such as digital marketing, hosting, corporate email, Baggins TV subscriptions and more.
• Generate service orders and invoices through the portal; the system handles fulfillment.
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage renewals and upsells.
• Track earnings, manage withdrawals and monitor performance via the agent dashboard.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
• Ability to communicate with business owners and individual customers.
• Access to reliable internet connection (support packages are provided after reaching milestones).
