Cluster Manager – Sales & Marketing

About the role

The Cluster Manager, Sales & Marketing leads the sales and marketing function for One&Only Gorilla’s Nest and Nyungwe Forest Tea Resort, driving revenue growth, market share and guest satisfaction across the resort portfolio in Rwanda.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase market share, aligning with One&Only vision and Kerzner standards.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage teams to create and assess promotional campaigns.
• Monitor financial performance, prepare the annual commercial plan and drive revenue growth through process improvement.
• Build, coach and lead a diverse sales and marketing team, fostering innovation and operational excellence.
• Organise tour‑operator visits, attend international trade fairs and maintain key account relationships.
• Conduct competitor analysis, market trend monitoring and ensure compliance with Rwandan government regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a senior sales or marketing role within an executive committee.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop colleagues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong people‑management capabilities.
• Innovative, financially savvy and comfortable using technology to enhance sales and marketing performance.
