Software Engineering Apprenticeship (Mid-Level Entry)

About the role

The AmaliTech Apprenticeship Programme offers a four‑month, full‑time, onsite paid apprenticeship for software engineers with prior experience. Participants receive intensive technical upskilling while working on real‑world projects alongside experienced engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a structured upskilling program focused on software engineering best practices.
• Contribute to real‑world projects that meet international client standards.
• Implement features, fix defects, and improve systems under guidance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Receive regular feedback and coaching.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years prior experience in software development or a related technical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and learning intensively.
• Aim to transition into international project environments.
• Committed to demonstrating readiness for a full‑time role after the apprenticeship.
