About the role

Brainae is seeking a senior professional to lead the modernization and strategic expansion of its AI‑enabled digital ecosystem. The role will shape the platform into a globally competitive environment that serves universities, researchers, consultancy services, publishers, and professional training institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy for the Brainae platform.
• Architect scalable, multi‑institution digital infrastructure integrating LMS, e‑library, consultancy, financial, and research systems.
• Implement AI‑driven recommendation engines, predictive analytics, and 24/7 AI assistants.
• Oversee financial technology solutions, including scholarship, loan, commission, and multi‑currency payment gateways.
• Develop and enforce enterprise cybersecurity frameworks, data protection, and examination security measures.
• Ensure interoperability, auditability, and compliance across all platform modules.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale digital transformation projects in education or research environments.
• Strong understanding of intelligent systems integration and AI‑enabled automation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder digital ecosystems.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on security and data governance.
