IT Support Engineer (Rwanda)

About the role

Zipline is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join its Rwanda team. You will use your technical expertise and strong customer‑service mindset to keep the company’s hardware, network and software environments running smoothly, enabling the delivery of life‑saving supplies across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for computer hardware, networking equipment, operating systems and application software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by internal users, both on‑site and remotely.
• Maintain and configure workstations, laptops, printers and other IT assets.
• Assist with network connectivity problems and ensure reliable internet and intranet access.
• Document incidents, solutions and standard operating procedures in the ticketing system.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver technical support with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Interest in contributing to a mission‑driven organization that impacts health and logistics worldwide.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team.

Required skills

• Computer hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi).
• Operating systems support (Windows, Linux).
• Application software installation and configuration.
