Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month‑end close, and ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, payments and expense claims promptly.
• Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts and general ledger entries.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities.
• Prepare tax computations and ensure statutory compliance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Monitor cash flow and assist treasury functions.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, providing required documentation.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards and financial regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum three years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG or a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation and financial reporting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
