Warehouse Supervisor – MEP (m/f)

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the MEP warehouse operations in Rwanda. The role involves coordinating inventory, managing inbound and outbound materials, and ensuring quality control while supervising the warehouse team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
• Coordinate inventory processes and maintain accurate stock records.
• Prepare material requisitions and allocate space for received goods.
• Conduct quality checks on incoming materials and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Manage and develop the human resources assigned to the warehouse area.

Required profile

• 12th grade education or equivalent technical course (preferred).
• Knowledge of stock management, workplace health and safety standards, and warehouse logistics.
• Fluency in English.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong accuracy and reliability.
• Good planning, organization and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Experience using SAP.
