Warehouse Specialist

About the role
The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, and supporting cross‑functional teams to meet production and logistics goals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inventory accuracy and stock control activities.
- Monitor receiving, storage, and dispatch operations.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure proper warehouse organization and optimal space utilization.
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and reports.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams.
- Monitor compliance with warehouse safety standards and procedures.
- Support ERP/WMS inventory transactions and reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
Required profile
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.
- Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
