Warehouse Specialist

About the role

The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, and supporting cross‑functional teams to meet production and logistics goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory accuracy and stock control activities.
• Monitor receiving, storage, and dispatch operations.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper warehouse organization and optimal space utilization.
• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams.
• Monitor compliance with warehouse safety standards and procedures.
• Support ERP/WMS inventory transactions and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.
• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
