Travel and Contracting Officer – Kigali

About the role

MSF Eastern Africa is seeking a Travel and Contracting Officer to be based in Kigali, Rwanda. The position supports the organization’s operations by handling travel logistics and contract administration while upholding MSF’s core values of safety, diversity and inclusion. MSF will conduct rigorous vetting to ensure that individuals with a history of abuse are not employed. Candidates whose experience does not perfectly align with the selection criteria are still encouraged to apply, as MSF values potential and diverse backgrounds.

Required profile

• Commitment to safeguarding patients, staff, community members and all contacts from any form of abuse, including sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment.
• Willingness to work in a diverse and inclusive environment that actively encourages applications from historically under‑represented groups.
• Readiness to operate in a role classified as Low Risk contact with patients and children, with appropriate monitoring.
