Trade Marketing Lead

About the role

The Trade Marketing Lead will shape and execute Spiro’s trade marketing strategy across dealers, distributors and sales channels. You will ensure a strong market presence, drive dealer engagement and convert marketing activities into measurable sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual trade marketing and channel activation plan aligned with business and sales targets.
• Create dealer‑specific marketing programmes, promotions and incentives to acquire, activate and retain partners.
• Lead brand visibility initiatives, including POSM, signage and merchandising, ensuring consistent brand standards at all dealer locations.
• Plan and execute trade activations, product demos, roadshows and market‑level campaigns, collaborating closely with Sales to generate qualified leads.
• Manage trade marketing KPIs, budget utilisation and ROI reporting, providing regular performance updates to management.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and dealer feedback to continuously refine strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in trade or channel marketing, sales activation, FMCG, automotive or mobility sectors.
• Proven track record managing dealer/distributor networks and trade programmes.
• Strong commercial, analytical and project‑management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across Sales, Marketing, Operations and external partners.
