Space Knowledge & Communications Expert

About the role

NTU International is seeking a qualified Non‑Key Expert to support knowledge management, editorial production, communication and visibility, digital knowledge platforms, and the dissemination of policy and technical content for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership programme.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and curate knowledge assets and editorial outputs related to the Africa‑EU space partnership.
• Develop and maintain digital knowledge platforms and visibility materials in line with EU standards.
• Produce policy briefs, technical documents, case studies and other communication products for donor‑funded programmes.
• Coordinate outreach and communication activities with stakeholders across Africa and the European Union.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three‑year programme) in communication, journalism, knowledge management, information science or a related field.
• At least three years of professional experience in communication, editorial production, knowledge management or digital content.
• Minimum one year of experience producing knowledge or communication products for donor‑funded or institutional programmes, including policy and technical content.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
