Specialist, Central Store

About the role

RSSB is seeking a Specialist, Central Store to lead inventory management, logistics coordination and store operations. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Management, the specialist will ensure the efficient receipt, storage, distribution and accountability of goods and materials while upholding high standards of operational efficiency, compliance, safety and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, storage, distribution and accountability of all goods and materials.
• Maintain operational efficiency, compliance, safety and high‑level customer service within the central store.
• Conduct stock control, inventory reconciliation and regular reporting.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics flows.
• Prepare and manage budgeting for store operations.
• Lead and monitor team performance to support RSSB’s transformation into a modern, high‑performing institution.
