Sitecore Developer (Kigali)

About the role

Join the Digital & Innovation Department of Africa Global Logistics Rwanda Limited as a Sitecore Developer. You will play a key part in deploying and maintaining subsidiary websites on the newly adopted Sitecore CMS, contributing to the group’s digital transformation across Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Implement subsidiary websites on Sitecore, creating pages, components, and templates.
• Adapt and roll out the group design system for each subsidiary.
• Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance, fixing bugs and optimizing performance.
• Apply technical SEO best practices to improve search visibility.
• Collaborate closely with Digital, UX/UI, and business teams during scoping and specification phases.
• Support internal teams in using the CMS and ensure proper documentation.
• Implement development standards, reusable components, and maintain code quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a web developer with hands‑on Sitecore expertise.
• Ability to work within a multinational, cross‑functional environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills for bug identification and performance tuning.
