Senior Marketing & Recruitment Associate (Kigali)

About the role

The Marketing & Recruitment Senior Associate will drive integrated marketing campaigns and learner acquisition initiatives for ALX Learning and ALX Enterprise. This role combines B2B marketing, student recruitment, and partnership management to build a strong pipeline of learners and corporate partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across social media, email, digital, events, and partnerships for both learner and corporate audiences.
• Develop and localise campaign messaging and creative assets, ensuring alignment with ALX brand standards.
• Manage content calendars, schedule and publish posts, and monitor performance to optimise reach and conversion.
• Lead learner recruitment activities, including campus activations, webinars, career fairs, and community engagements.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, youth organisations, alumni, and corporate partners.
• Guide prospects through the application and enrolment journey, addressing barriers and driving enrolment targets.
• Coordinate with designers, agencies, freelancers, and other partners to deliver high‑quality campaign assets on time.
• Identify trends and content opportunities to enhance ALX visibility and audience engagement.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in integrated marketing and recruitment.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑channel campaigns and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong organisational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and targets.
