Senior Business Analyst

About the role

The Senior Business Analyst supports analytical, reporting and performance‑management activities for the KSSC, serving Africa Global Logistics' headquarters, regional and country teams. The role blends advanced business analysis with commercial performance monitoring, delivering strategic market insights and sales performance visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct advanced market, corridor, client and sector analyses, including volume trends and competitive landscape.
• Perform customer and portfolio analyses covering profitability, segmentation, behavior and mix evolution.
• Support strategic studies, opportunity sizing and business case development for HQ and regional teams.
• Analyse commercial performance by vertical, region and country, tracking gaps, trends and variances against targets.
• Develop and improve dashboards and data models using Power BI and Excel.
• Consolidate cross‑country commercial and operational data for HQ reporting and business reviews.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations and syntheses for regional or HQ leadership.
• Provide methodological support and review to junior analysts and respond to ad‑hoc analytical requests.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, data analytics or strategy.
• Exposure to commercial performance analysis in multi‑country environments is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical, modelling and data‑structuring capabilities.
• Excellent command of English and French.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, structured environment.
• Interest in logistics, African markets and commercial performance topics.
