Card Products Manager

About the role

Ecobank Rwanda is looking for a Manager, Card Products to lead the growth, development and management of its card portfolio. The role will package and deliver consumer and commercial card solutions, ensuring they meet customer needs while complying with group policies and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities and aggressively drive card sales across target segments.
• Execute group‑provided card marketing strategies to increase sign‑ups and utilisation.
• Lead enrolment campaigns for all card products both at the bank and on‑site with customers.
• Position approved card products as “best in brand” and ensure pricing is aligned with group approvals.
• Achieve defined sales targets and monitor product performance.
• Promote and manage standard domestic card products in line with compliance requirements.
• Provide product knowledge, training and guidance to sales teams.
• Brief key stakeholders on product launches and relay feedback to the Group Product Team.
• Conduct semi‑annual customer needs surveys to inform product enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing banking or card product portfolios.
• Strong ability to build productive relationships with sales teams and external customers.
• Good understanding of group policies and local regulatory requirements for card products.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
