Senior Brand Manager

About the role

Fortico is building a dedicated marketing function across its diverse group of companies in real estate, manufacturing, and hospitality. As a Senior Brand Manager you will work directly with the founding team to define and execute brand strategy, positioning, and campaigns for multiple business lines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a unified marketing strategy for the group and its individual companies.
• Collaborate with founders on brand positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market decisions.
• Design and evolve visual and verbal branding for existing entities and new ventures.
• Plan, create, and launch marketing campaigns, including events and digital assets.
• Produce marketing collateral and creative assets that support product launches and brand initiatives.
• Establish marketing processes, workflows, and governance as the function scales.

Required profile

• Background in marketing with experience in strategy, branding, and content creation.
• Ability to work autonomously and influence senior leadership.
• Strong creative thinking and a results‑oriented mindset.
