Senior Airport Services Agent

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Airport Services Agent to join our Ground Services team in Kigali. You will ensure passengers receive high‑quality service throughout check‑in, boarding, lounge access, and baggage handling while adhering to commercial and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with check‑in, transfer desks and related areas to guarantee smooth passenger acceptance.
• Assist the Airport Services Supervisor and support duty officers with material and records.
• Escort and direct arriving and departing passengers to hotels, visa counters, transfer desks, premium lounges and boarding gates.
• Liaise with GHA to expedite processing of hotel and transfer passengers.
• Provide guidance on entry requirements, visas and residence permits.
• Ensure seamless passenger flow through all airport facilities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to maintain efficient operations.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience in airport operations for a leading airline.
• Strong customer‑service background.
• High energy, positive attitude and ability to work in a high‑pressure environment.
• Legal right to live and work in Rwanda.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Experience with DCS (Departure Control System).
• Knowledge of Amadeus reservation system.
• Familiarity with ticketing processes (advantageous).
