Sales & Marketing Officer

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Officer at Q-Sourcing is responsible for executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, build strong client relationships and strengthen the company's market presence. The role reports to the Commercial Manager and supervises sales agents. It is a full-time position in Rwanda on an open-ended contract.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, service providers and key stakeholders.
• Assist in negotiating and securing business deals to improve profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities and prepare periodic reports on competitors and market trends.
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing and promotions.
• Work with other departments to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Supervise key accounts and ensure excellent customer service.
• Take part in preparing and submitting bids and tenders, including retrieving and assessing printing tenders from newspapers and online platforms.
• Analyze sales performance and recommend improvements.
• Assist in training and motivating sales teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Experience in the printing or media industry is an added advantage.
• Ability to organize and represent the company at trade shows and promotional events.

Required skills

• Digital marketing, CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Online marketing tools, content creation and analytics.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving and multitasking abilities under pressure.
