Sales Marketing Manager

About the role

The Sales Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to promote DNR Partners International’s professional services in Rwanda. Based in Kigali, this full‑time, on‑site position focuses on increasing brand visibility, generating qualified leads and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital and traditional).
• Manage social media, email marketing and website content to engage target audiences.
• Generate, nurture and qualify leads for the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, presentations and sales collateral.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and monitor industry trends.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Track key performance indicators, analyse results and produce regular reports for leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales strategy, business development and client relationship management.
• Background in marketing planning, campaign execution and brand positioning, preferably within professional services.
• Strong analytical abilities for market research and performance reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; advanced degree or certifications a plus.
• Experience in consulting, accounting or financial services is highly beneficial.
• Comfort working in a multicultural, cross‑border environment.
• Fluent English; regional language skills an asset.
