Sales Manager

About the role

Bellazuri, a growing cosmetics and personal care company, is launching its Rwanda subsidiary and seeks a dynamic Sales Manager to lead market development and build the local sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and market‑share targets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, pharmacies and key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the Bellazuri brand presence in Rwanda.
• Manage sales forecasting, budgeting and performance reporting.
• Recruit, train and supervise the local sales team as the business grows.
• Coordinate with marketing and supply‑chain teams to ensure product availability and promotion.
• Oversee day‑to‑day ground activities during the Rwanda subsidiary setup and represent the company at trade shows.
• Follow up on debt collection from customers and provide regular reports to management.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG or personal‑care products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong network within the Rwandan retail and distribution sector is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Kinyarwanda and/or French is a plus.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within Rwanda.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
