Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to drive growth of our agricultural and packaging product lines across East Africa. The role is fully remote, allowing you to manage client relationships and generate new business from Rwanda and the wider region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire new industrial clients through cold calling, exhibitions and market research.
• Coordinate order updates, quotations, negotiations and product trials throughout the full sales cycle.
• Track upcoming projects, generate inquiries and provide production planning guidance to the manufacturing team.
• Ensure timely order fulfilment, follow‑up on payments and communicate dispatch details to logistics.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing status reports and building long‑term relationships.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and maintain records using Microsoft Office tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Up to 6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in agriculture, greenhouse, packaging or related industrial products.
• Good command of English (written and spoken); ability to translate information independently.
• Understanding of East African agriculture and key farming areas is a strong advantage.
