Sales and Marketing Representative

About the role

Hospisync Digital is seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Representative to promote its bespoke hospitality technology solutions across Rwanda. This is a commission‑only position focused on generating new business with hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality venues.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach hotel owners, general managers and restaurant managers throughout Rwanda.
• Introduce Hospisync Digital’s product suite and arrange meetings or product demonstrations.
• Guide prospects through the sales cycle to secure signed contracts.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and track progress against targets.

Required profile

• Based in Rwanda, preferably Kigali, with existing hospitality contacts or the ability to build them.
• Comfortable with outbound sales, cold outreach and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Self‑motivated, persistent and strong interpersonal skills.
• Eager to grow with an early‑stage company and take on additional responsibilities as the business scales.

Required skills

What we offer

• Commission of 15‑20% on the client’s setup fee.
• Additional commission on the first three months of recurring revenue, paid as the client pays.
• Uncapped earning potential with no salary base.
