Real Estate Field Agent (Nationwide Travel)

About the role

Iwange250 is seeking a motivated Real Estate Field Agent to expand its property platform across Rwanda. The role involves traveling nationwide to onboard landlords, verify properties, and connect tenants with suitable homes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard landlords, property owners, and managers onto the Iwange250 platform.
• Conduct property visits, inspections, and verification, gathering accurate details, photos, and pricing.
• Negotiate and facilitate rental agreements between landlords and prospective tenants.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, listings, and completed transactions.
• Collaborate with the management team to grow the platform’s housing inventory.

Required profile

• Based in Rwanda and willing to travel to any district; transportation is compensated.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Fluency in Kinyarwanda; English and French are a plus.
• Valid driving license is an advantage.
