Real Estate Field Agent – Nationwide (Rwanda)

About the role

Iwange250 is looking for a motivated Real Estate Field Agent to expand its property platform across Rwanda. You will act as the face of the company, connecting landlords, property owners and tenants while travelling nationwide to source and verify housing opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard landlords, property owners and managers onto the Iwange250 platform.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with housing providers.
• Meet prospective tenants, assist them in finding suitable rentals and negotiate agreements.
• Conduct property visits, inspections and verification processes.
• Gather accurate property details, photos, pricing and availability.
• Represent Iwange250 professionally in meetings, viewings and negotiations.
• Travel extensively across all districts of Rwanda, with transportation costs compensated.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, listings and transactions.
• Collaborate with the management team to grow the platform’s inventory.

Required profile

• Based in Rwanda and willing to travel to any district as needed.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Experience in real estate, sales, business development or customer service is an advantage.
• Fluency in Kinyarwanda; English and French are a plus.
• Valid driving licence is an added advantage.
