Program Coordinator (Volunteer)

About the role

Empowered Bridge Foundation is seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator Volunteer to help plan, organize, and support youth‑focused and community‑based initiatives. Working in a hybrid setting, you will split your time between remote tasks and on‑site activities, ensuring programs run smoothly and inclusively.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily program activities and timelines.
• Support volunteer teams, including training and motivation.
• Maintain regular communication with participants, partners, and staff.
• Assist with community outreach, event planning, and workshop organization.
• Track program progress and prepare reports for leadership.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, respectful of diverse youth and community members.
• Interest or experience in volunteer management and training.
• Ability to build relationships with schools, local partners, and community groups.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Commitment to inclusivity, peace‑building, and empowerment of women, persons with disabilities, and vulnerable children.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency (email, document creation, spreadsheets).
