Precision Delivery Launch Lead

About the role

Zipline is launching its first Precision Delivery network in Kigali, Rwanda. As the Launch Lead you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of a safe, reliable, partner‑ready operating network that serves patients, commercial customers and national logistics needs.

Key responsibilities

• Define success criteria, chair go/no‑go governance and remain accountable through launch and stabilization.
• Create and drive an integrated launch roadmap covering site readiness, infrastructure, power, communications, staffing, certification and partner onboarding.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Partnerships, Regulatory, Government Affairs, Supply Chain, Infrastructure and vendors.
• Establish operating models, standards, playbooks and measurable thresholds to make Precision Delivery repeatable across Africa.
• Arbitrate trade‑offs, set priorities, assign owners and run governance without direct reports.

Required profile

• Senior program leadership experience with high operating intensity.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional initiatives and deliver results on time.
• Strong decision‑making skills that impact flight safety, regulatory compliance and service availability.
• Comfort working on‑site in a fast‑growing, mission‑driven environment.
