About the role
The Planning, Monitoring and Reporting Associate will support UN Women Rwanda Country Office in strengthening results‑based management. Reporting to the Country Representative, the associate will help ensure that gender equality and women’s empowerment initiatives are effectively planned, monitored and reported.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in developing and updating planning documents, work plans and monitoring frameworks for UN Women programmes in Rwanda.
- Collect, analyse and validate data on programme outputs and outcomes, ensuring alignment with UN Women’s strategic objectives.
- Prepare regular monitoring reports, dashboards and performance summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the coordination of results‑based management processes across the Country Office and with UN system partners.
- Contribute to evidence‑based advocacy by providing timely and accurate information on gender equality outcomes.
Required profile
- University degree in social sciences, development studies, gender studies, public administration or a related field.
- Experience in planning, monitoring, evaluation or results‑based management, preferably in an international development or UN context.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
