Planning and Cost Control Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Planning and Cost Control Technician to support planning, scheduling, cost engineering, resource planning and management reporting for large international construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate project cost and resource performance on a weekly and monthly basis and prepare reports.
• Analyze costs and revenues and organize cost‑control progress reports.
• Support planning, scheduling and controls, as well as resource planning and control.
• Forecast project plans and provide management reporting.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in project planning, controls and cost control, preferably on large international construction projects.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Project.
• Experience with Candy‑CCS cost‑control software.
