Performance Marketing Specialist – Kigali

About the role

ALX Rwanda is seeking a data‑driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead learner acquisition and growth across its digital channels. The role focuses on paid media, conversion tracking, attribution and continuous optimisation to meet clear growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid acquisition campaigns on platforms such as Meta and Google.
• Set up and maintain tracking pixels, conversion events and attribution models using Google Tag Manager and analytics dashboards.
• Analyse campaign performance data to generate insights, test hypotheses and scale successful tactics.
• Monitor key metrics including qualified leads, cost per acquisition and ROI, and report results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative and audience teams to experiment with ad copy, creative assets and audience segmentation.

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Experience in managing end‑to‑end paid media campaigns and conversion tracking.
• Ability to work independently, meet growth targets and iterate quickly based on data.
