Performance Marketing Lead

About the role

The Performance Marketing Lead will design, launch and optimise integrated marketing campaigns that drive student acquisition while reinforcing a consistent ALU brand narrative across all programmes and entities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand‑awareness campaigns that communicate a unified ALU story across digital and social channels.
• Partner with content and creative teams to produce mission‑aligned messaging and audience‑specific narratives.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid‑media, email and lifecycle campaigns for ALU, ALCHE, ALUSB, executive‑education programmes and centres of excellence.
• Maintain an always‑on brand presence strategy to build recognition and affinity among prospective students, partners and stakeholders.
• Ensure all paid and organic campaigns present a coherent and differentiated ALU brand voice.
• Analyse performance data to continuously improve acquisition outcomes (leads, applications, enrollments).
