People Partner

About the role

Zipline is seeking a People Partner to help shape and execute its people strategy as the company scales its drone delivery operations across Rwanda. The role will be embedded within the business, providing strategic HR partnership to operational leaders and ensuring a high‑quality employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of Zipline’s business challenges and growth plans in Rwanda.
• Partner with operational leaders to improve team effectiveness, execution, and accountability.
• Champion Zipline’s culture and values through engagement, coaching, development, and performance conversations.
• Lead workforce planning and organizational design initiatives to meet evolving business needs.
• Enhance onboarding processes for new hires and internal transfers, ensuring clear integration plans.
• Support benefits strategy and help shape policies that align with company goals.
