P2P Support Specialist

About the role

The Finance Department of Africa Global Logistics is launching a large‑scale SAP S/4HANA and ESKER implementation across 50 African countries. Based in Kigali, the P2P Support Specialist will provide functional support for ESKER and selected SAP modules, ensuring system stability and helping finance users adopt new digital processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 functional support for ESKER modules, analysing and resolving incidents and service requests.
• Monitor system performance, manage user access, roles and authorisations, and oversee interface health with local applicative support teams.
• Act as the primary contact for finance users on ESKER issues, supporting processes such as invoice dispatch, OCR and workflow management.
• Gather business requirements, translate them into functional specifications and participate in testing phases (unit, UAT, regression).
• Contribute to implementation, rollout or upgrade projects, maintain documentation and deliver user training.

Required profile

• 2–7 years of experience in IT finance support or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Experience with digitisation tools such as OCR and workflow applications.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, IT, Business Administration or a related field.
