Operational Information Management & Reporting Officer (Fixed-Term)

About the role

The Operational Information Management & Reporting Officer will ensure that accurate, timely and actionable data supports WFP Rwanda’s operational decisions, donor reporting and strategic positioning. Based in Kigali, the role works closely with programme, supply‑chain and technical units to turn operational data into clear evidence of impact.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate data from corporate systems (COMET, SCOPE, LESS) and partner inputs.
• Maintain data consistency across programme, supply‑chain, cash‑based transfer and partnership outputs.
• Analyse operational data to identify trends, risks and gaps such as pipeline constraints or market dynamics.
• Maintain a “common operating picture” of WFP Rwanda operations to inform management decisions.
• Develop and maintain country‑level dashboards on beneficiaries, funding gaps and pipeline status.
• Produce regular operational updates and reporting products for internal and external audiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operational data management, analysis and reporting within a multi‑sectoral humanitarian context.
• Strong coordination skills with programme, supply‑chain and technical teams.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for donors and partners.
• Familiarity with WFP corporate systems (COMET, SCOPE, LESS) is highly desirable.
