About the role

Talents2Germany is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive employer acquisition and create high‑quality marketing materials. The role combines execution excellence with a relentless focus on detail and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with sales and produce content marketing, SEO/AEO, LinkedIn growth, email marketing and marketing automation assets.
• Manage CRM, prepare webinars, design graphics and edit videos, optimise landing pages and create AI‑supported content.
• Develop customised sales offers, high‑end presentations, proposals and documents for employer acquisition.

Required profile

• Strong eye for detail, consistency and quality; produces polished work without needing feedback.
• Think from the employer’s perspective, identify inconsistencies and improve messaging.
• Self‑starter comfortable working independently in a remote environment and eager to test new AI‑powered tools.
