Ecommerce Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and organized E‑commerce Coordinator to support the growth and management of our online business operations in Rwanda. The successful candidate will coordinate e‑commerce activities, support customers, manage online platforms, and help drive sales growth through effective digital strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily e‑commerce operations.
• Upload, update, and maintain product listings on online platforms.
• Monitor customer inquiries, orders, payments, and delivery processes.
• Support online marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Analyze sales performance and provide reports on customer trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Assist in improving customer experience and increasing online engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Identify new market opportunities and contribute ideas for business growth.

Required profile

• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of e‑commerce platforms and online sales.
• Ability to use social media and digital tools for business promotion.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or e‑commerce is an added advantage.
