About the role

Stride To Conquer is looking for a full‑time, on‑site Content Creator in Kigali to produce digital assets that showcase its streetwear collections and brand story across social media, the website and other marketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute content calendars, creating photo and video assets that align with brand messaging.
• Write engaging captions and short‑form copy for product highlights and brand storytelling.
• Participate in on‑site shoots, capture behind‑the‑scenes material and produce live content.
• Engage with the community through comments, messages and live interactions.
• Track performance metrics, suggest improvements and help grow brand awareness.

Required profile

• Strong digital content creation skills, including photography and videography.
• Ability to write clear, engaging short‑form copy.
• Experience with social media management tools and content planning.
• Understanding of streetwear culture, youth trends and visual storytelling.
• Basic graphic design ability using Canva, Adobe Photoshop or similar.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills on‑site.
