Marketing Co-Founder

About the role

MealLensAI is seeking a Marketing Co‑Founder to shape and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for its AI‑driven health‑food platform. Working fully remote, you will define the brand, acquire users, and build the marketing function from the ground up as part of the founding team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the overall marketing vision, brand positioning, and messaging.
• Conduct market and customer research to uncover insights that drive campaign strategy.
• Design, launch, and optimise multi‑channel acquisition campaigns (social, content, email, paid).
• Manage social media, content creation, and community‑building initiatives.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to align features with user needs.
• Establish strategic partnerships and support sales efforts.
• Track performance metrics, run growth experiments, and iterate based on data.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and performance measurement.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Proven experience in sales, customer acquisition, and building B2C audiences.
• Marketing expertise across digital channels with a track record of launching and scaling products.
• Research skills to understand market trends, user behaviour, and competition.
• Background in early‑stage startups or founding teams, comfortable with ambiguity.
• Interest in food, cooking, consumer apps, or AI‑driven health products.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high ownership.
