Marketing and Partnership Manager

About the role

The Marketing and Partnership Manager will lead the creation and execution of UMUTANGUHA Finance Company's marketing, communications, and partnership strategies. This role aims to strengthen brand equity, drive customer acquisition, and support deposit mobilization to fuel sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy aligned with the corporate strategic plan.
• Manage corporate advertising, media relations, public relations, sponsorships, events, and promotional activities.
• Ensure consistent application of brand identity across all channels and materials.
• Conduct market intelligence, customer research, and competitor analysis to inform product positioning and growth initiatives.
• Oversee digital marketing activities, including website management, social media platforms, email marketing, and online campaigns.
• Support branch teams with targeted marketing initiatives, customer acquisition campaigns, and deposit mobilization programs.
• Identify, establish, and maintain strategic partnerships with corporations, government bodies, development partners, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
• Lead negotiation, implementation, and monitoring of partnership agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
