Loss Prevention Supervisor

About the role

The Loss Prevention Supervisor ensures the safety and security of guests, employees, and assets at the Kigali Marriott Hotel. This role combines proactive patrols, emergency response, and strict access control to maintain a secure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all hotel areas, secure rooms, and monitor guest access.
• Conduct emergency‑response drills, safety inspections, and hazard investigations.
• Monitor CCTV systems and alarm panels, documenting incidents and access to restricted zones.
• Perform key‑control audits and authorize entry to secured areas.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS when needed.
• Investigate disturbances, defuse conflicts, and escort unwelcome persons.
• Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations and other legal requirements.
• Prepare accurate incident reports while maintaining confidentiality.
