Logistics Handling Operations Administrator – Warehouse

About the role

The Logistics Handling Operations Administrator will support warehouse activities by ensuring accurate inventory management, proper documentation, and compliance with CEVA Logistics standards. This role involves coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, supervising loading and off‑loading processes, and maintaining up‑to‑date records in the warehouse management system.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming shipment documentation against physical deliveries before off‑loading.
• Count, verify and record quantities received, ensuring alignment with delivery notes and system records.
• Prepare warehouse space for receiving and dispatch operations and coordinate loading/off‑loading with handling teams.
• Execute loading instructions accurately according to dispatch plans and ensure timely documentation.
• Support stock control processes, including cycle counts and full stock‑take exercises.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, bin cards and daily system updates.
• Ensure proper stacking, labeling and storage of goods in line with operational standards.
• Update the warehouse management system and maintain accurate warehouse documentation.
• Escalate discrepancies, damages or variances promptly and prepare operational reports on stock movement.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and safety of the warehouse and supervise casual labour where assigned.
• Collaborate with transport, operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Required profile

• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in warehouse operations or a logistics environment.
• Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, proactive and results‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data‑management tools.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics processes.
• Ability to analyse data and generate operational reports.
