Human Resources Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Human Resources Consultant to partner with senior leadership in shaping and executing HR strategies that drive organizational growth and operational excellence. The role blends strategic advisory with hands‑on implementation to enhance workforce effectiveness and ensure compliance with labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR consulting aligned with business objectives.
• Develop, review and implement HR policies, procedures and systems.
• Advise on workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and retention.
• Lead talent acquisition and design performance management frameworks.
• Drive employee engagement, succession planning and talent development initiatives.
• Identify training needs and coordinate capacity‑building programmes.
• Offer guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and conduct HR audits.
• Support organisational restructuring, change management and business transformation.
• Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development or related field.
• Minimum five years of professional experience in HR management or consulting.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, CIPD) is an advantage.
• Proven experience in policy development, talent management and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
