HR Social Control & Reporting Specialist

About the role

The HR Social Control & Reporting Specialist ensures high‑quality, reliable HR data across the Group’s systems and entities. Working from the Kigali office, you will consolidate workforce information, produce insightful reports and dashboards, and oversee billing processes for employee benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain HR data quality, completeness and consistency across A'Community, Enablon and SESAME platforms.
• Define data standards with local HR teams and perform regular reliability checks.
• Centralise workforce data from all Group entities and generate monthly, quarterly and annual social/workforce reports.
• Analyse key HR indicators such as headcount, employee movements, absenteeism and labour costs.
• Design, produce and automate standard and ad‑hoc HR reports using Advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Validate and reconcile billing for healthcare, insurance and pension plans, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
• Support continuous improvement and automation projects, contributing to tool optimisation and process standardisation.
• Collaborate with local HR, Finance and external providers, providing training on reporting tools and data interpretation.

Required profile

• Strong experience in HR data quality and governance.
• Proven ability to consolidate workforce data across multiple entities.
• Experience designing and maintaining HR reports and dashboards.
